My name is Sindy and I’m from the small beautiful Island of Palau. I enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of senior citizens. Ten years ago I earned my Administrators License and started working at a community named Maple Creek of Lakewood in Tacoma. From there I moved to Peoples Retirement Community to become the Executive Director. I’m very passionate about working with seniors and it gives me great joy caring for the elderly in a warm and compassionate manner.
When I’m not working and caring for our residents I enjoy spending time with my family and fishing with my husband.
Director of Nursing Services
Hi, my name is Stacie Carbullido. I have been an LPN for the past five years. I started as a NAC at The Weatherly Inn from 1999-2006. I went back to school and graduated from Clover Park Technical College in 2010 where I received my CNA. I discovered my passion was in nursing so I decided I would pursue my dream and continue school. I graduated from Clover Park Technical college in 2011 with my LPN license. I received my first nursing job at Charlton Place and started with being on call to working my way up to Resident Care Manager. I also worked full-time in the special memory care unit at the Weatherly Inn. I'm excited to be a part of the team and I feel blessed to fulfill my passion by taking care of others. When I'm not taking care of my residents I enjoy traveling, going to the movies and spending time with my two beautiful kids and loving husband.
I started my career as a dishwasher at a hotel in Canada and worked my way up through the ranks filling roles when the opportunity presented itself. I then moved to Banff, Alberta and signed up as a cook apprentice and worked in all the hotel restaurants. I received my journeyman papers in 1990. I worked in hotels, pubs, golf courses, and restaurants honing my skills. In 2002 I moved to Calgary, Alberta and worked for a large catering company. It was seasonal and I worked all times of the day. My next job led me to be the head chef at a retirement home. In 2012 I returned to the USA and started my journey with People's Retirement Community as the Dietary Manager.
I have worked as the building Maintenance Director for 39 years on apartment complex, motels, high rise condo’s, and restaurants. For five years I worked as an environmental field tech for hazardous materials and ran a full scale science lab as well. I am currently working at Peoples Retirement as the Maintenance Director. I especially enjoy assisting the residents with their needs to keep them happy in their homes.
